Amy and Andy chose to have their pre-wedding session at their wedding venue, Elsecar Heritage Centre.
When we met for the initial wedding chat, I was very excited to hear these two were opting for an October wedding with a Halloween theme. The orange colours and black decorations they described sounded fantastic.
On the day of the pre-wedding session we were able to discuss the wedding plans in more detail. Andy told me about their pie & peas wedding breakfast, supplied by The Millers Tea Room and the evening food planned by The Pantry. I’ve been to both these cafes a lot so I knew we’d be in for a delicious day!
After talking through the details and creating a shot list, we walked around the Elsecar Heritage Centre site. I love the versatility of this venue, there’s the old industrial side of the Ironworks as well as the scenic walk down by the canal. It really is the best of both worlds.
We captured some stunning images, and I’m looking forward to the full wedding day in October.
