Eve and Todd had their wedding at St Peter’s Chuch, Warmsworth with their wedding reception at Rossington Hall in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

I met Todd and Eve a few years ago (back in 2018) and it was clear they knew exactly what they wanted for their wedding day. Unfortunately their original date had to be postponed a few times due to restrictions, which meant a change in the time of year. They finally had their dream wedding on 2nd January 2022, and it could not have been more perfect.

On the morning of the wedding I met Eve ant her home where she was getting ready with all her bridesmaids. It was a hectic morning full of excitement and champagne. Todd was with his groomsmen in a rented apartment just around the corner, so during the morning I popped across to capture his preparations too.

When I arrived back at the girl’s house, everyone was almost ready to leave. The church was a two minute walk away, and so we all walked across together. The ceremony was beautiful – it was full of serious, tender moments broken up by fits of laughter.

Following the church service all the guests made their way to Rossington Hall for the wedding reception. There we captured all the group shots Eve & Todd had requested before exploring the grounds together. We recreated some of their favourite images from their pre-wedding session in the January light.

Back inside it was time for the wedding breakfast to begin, but not before the speeches. By the time everyone had finished speaking the guests were all in fits of laughter.

As the evening went on I continued to capture all the guests enjoying the day. Rossington Hall is a gorgeous venue with plenty of space for everyone to relax and catch up with each other. Soon it was time for the first dance, after which everyone piled onto the dancefloor. When I left it was still packed with guests dancing and singing their hearts out!
