315 Bar & Restaurant Wedding
Lisa and Dean had a beautiful winter wedding at 315 Bar & Restaurant in Huddersfield. Their day was informal, relaxed and full of love.
On the morning of the wedding I met Lisa in one of the rooms at 315. She was getting ready with her bridal party, including her grandchildren, and already looked stunning when I arrived.
We took the opportunity to capture some family photographs while the little ones were happy before heading over to the ceremony room where Dean was waiting at the top of the aisle and welcoming guests to the venue. It looked beautiful with the Christmas decorations and had a really romantic feel.
After the ceremony, the rain arrived. We captured a handful of shots in the courtyard before the heavens opened and we went inside. Luckily we'd already spoken about this eventuality at the pre wedding session, so for the group photographs I went with Lisa and Dean to each table and captured everyone that way!
It was a really lovely way to include everyone in the group shots, and capture the venue styling too.
For the couple portraits we used the wedding breakfast space. The Christmas trees made these portraits unique, and helped show Lisa's love of Christmas.
When the formal photographs were done I spent the rest of the afternoon capturing natural photographs of wedding guests just enjoying the day.
Lisa & Dean had booked my part day package, and so after the speeches we captured the cutting of the cake. As the wedding breakfast was served I said goodbye and left everyone to enjoy their meal.
It was a perfect winter wedding.
