Stella and Richard had a beautiful summer wedding at The Three Acres Inn.
The morning of the wedding had been very drizzly, so when I pulled into The Three Acres car park to see blue skies and sunshine I knew it would be a wonderful day.
Inside the bridal suite I found Stella’s bridesmaids helping to button up her wedding dress. All three ladies had their makeup done by Makeup by Louise and they looked flawless.
Downstairs, the newly refurbished conservatory was full with beautiful flower displays, ready for the wedding ceremony. The guests all took their seats as we waited for Stella to make her entrance.
When Stella walked down the aisle Richard’s face lit up. When the ceremony was over we all headed outside for the drinks reception. Although the sun had come out, the wind had picked up so it was almost impossible to stay at the front of the venue. Instead we took the bridesmaids and groomsmen around the corner to the more sheltered gardens for their photographs.
Each table was laid for the wedding breakfast with a gorgeous flower arrangement in the centre. They also had an ‘I spy’ wedding photography game, along with some silly props and each guests’ wedding favour. The women all received hand care from L’occitane and the men were given a cork screw handmade from bobbins.
My favourite part of the day was the photography game. It got everyone taking photographs that they might not have thought about otherwise.
