Libby and Craig chose to have their pre-wedding shoot at their venue, Wortley Hall Hotel in Sheffield South Yorkshire. Their daughter will play a big part in the wedding, so it was only fair that she came along to the pre-wedding session too. She came up with lots of pose ideas, and was a huge help in making sure Mummy & Daddy kept smiling!
I’ve been photographing weddings in South Yorkshire since 2014, and have shot at Wortley Hall many times. However, as the grounds are so large it’s always nice to visit with my couples to see where their favourite sections are. Libby and Craig had a particular spot in mind for their group shots which will give a stunning backdrop for their images.
After walking through the wooded area we’d managed to iron out some of the details of the day, as well as capture some beautiful images. I’m very excited for their wedding day in a few weeks’ time.
