Sam and John held their wedding at 315 Bar & Restaurant in Lepton, Huddersfield. They had a beautiful day surrounded by all their closest family and friends.

When I arrived at 315 on the wedding morning Sam was with her Maid of Honour having the finishing touches done to her hair and makeup. They both looked beautiful and the excitement in the room was slowly growing. Throughout the morning guests arrived and popped in to say hello. Some had travelled around the world to be at their friend’s wedding and couldn’t wait to see Sam in her dress.

In the ceremony room John was keeping his nerves hidden while welcoming all the guests. His groomsmen were right beside him, full of support, and as the registrars announced the arrival of the bride the room went silent. Sam followed her maid of honour down the aisle arm in arm with her Dad. She was smiling ear to ear and as soon as John saw her so was he. Every time they looked at each other their smiles became a little bit bigger.

After the ceremony we went to explore the grounds of 315 Bar & Restaurant. There are so many picturesque spots there; we just had to use them all. While we were capturing the couple’s portraits the guests were all entertained by the live singer, Andy. The sun was shining in the courtyard and it was a glorious afternoon.

It was soon time to go back indoors for the wedding breakfast and speeches. The guests all took their seats with John and Sam choosing to have a sweetheart table at the top of the room. After the wedding breakfast was over we had just enough time to head back outdoors for some final family portraits before the evening got into full swing.
