The table plan can seem like such a small part of a wedding day. After all, its main function is to tell guests where to sit for their meal. However, there are lots of ways to make it look the part and tie in with your wedding theme. Here are a few table plan ideas created by some of our real couples.
Karyn & Andy’s Table Plan by Bella Boda Venue Styling
The cream mirror frame tied in beautifully with Karyn & Andy’s rustic barn wedding. The pink flowers surrounding the table plan were subtle, but made each card stand out while still fitting into the overall colour scheme.
Keeley & Adam’s Table Plan by Weddings by Dragonfly & Tankersley
The simple white and silver theme of this table plan made it super simple to read and follow. The silver gems and backing card made each table stand out, and gave it a little wedding sparkle.
Andrew & Fran’s Table Plan by Andrew & Fran
We wanted to include this beautiful table plan to show that it doesn’t have to all be done professionally. This couple created a stunning plan, and then used some of their flowers to decorate it even further. It stood out and fitted with their theme.
Julie & Dan’s Table Plan by Happy Bluecat
This table plan included places around the world that were special to the couple. Done in the style of a world map, the red hearts pinpoint each destination with clear arrows to the table name and guest seats.
Laura & Andrew’s Table Plan by Bonny & Clyde
Simple autumn colours creating a border around this table plan fitted in perfectly with Laura’s wedding bouquet. Each table name was based on cricket as the couple follow the game religiously.
