Our customers have always been at the heart of our business. Keeping you and your family safe while delivering the professional, friendly service you’re used to is just as important now as ever.

This page details the new procedures we have in place for your studio session during the Covid-19 pandemic, but if you have any questions we’re happy to answer them.

Before The Session

To book your session, we’re currently accepting card payments only. This can be done through our online booking form, or over the phone.

All sessions are restricted to one household. No more than 6 people can attend a studio session.

We’re only accepting one session per day in the studio.

We’ve been working closely with the building management to ensure full track & trace procedures, and regular deep cleaning of shared areas (e.g. Toilets & Corridors).

The NHS Track & Trace QR code can be found both inside the studio, and reception area.

Gloves, masks and hand sanitizer stations are available for use within the building.

We’re sending all customers additional information on how to access the building safely. Each business within the building has a designated entry door, so it’s important to look out for this.

Before each session the studio is deep cleaned.

If any customer shows any symptoms of Covid-19 before the studio session, the session must be postponed. There is no charge for postponing or rearranging a session.

On The Day

On the day of your session, you’ll be asked to follow the instructions on parking and entry sent previously.

If any customer displays Covid-19 symptoms, the session will be immediately terminated.

When entering the building, customers are encouraged to use the hand sanitizer provided and to check into the NHS Track & Trace app.

We will be wearing a mask at all times. Any adults not being photographed will be required to wear a mask, unless medically exempt.

Social distancing will be adhered to at all times.

The sessions will be hands off. This means we’re unable to pose babies, wipe noses, or pick up dropped items. Where poses are needed, parents and guardians will be directed accordingly.

While we are able to provide a limited selection of baby blankets and props, we are asking customers to provide their own where possible.

After The Session

Immediately after each session, a deep clean of the studio will take place. If any props or blankets have been used, they will be washed and sanitized accordingly.

Our online galleries allow all customers to view and purchase their edited images from home. In person viewings are not currently available. Where prints are ordered, they are delivered direct to the customer.

In addition to the NHS Track & Trace app, we have a track and trace procedure in place in line with Barnsley CVS.
