5 Perfect Summer Wedding Colours

Choosing your wedding colours can dictate the whole look of your day. The colours can change with each season, and today we’re showing you our top 5 perfect summer wedding colours to compliment your day.

Cobalt

Cobalt is one of our favourite colours ever. It’s diverse, and suits almost everyone which makes it perfect for bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen accessories. It can be toned down with slivers and white in bouquets, and it a really simple way to include your ‘something blue’ in your day. We love seeing blue ribbons around lighter bouquets.

Pink & White

If you have a bridal party of all ages, pink and white is the perfect combination. It can be used in a variety of ways to suit almost everyone. Having your youngest bridal party members in white dresses or shirts with pink ribbons and ties is adorable. The flower combinations are endless, and you can afford to have a lot of large floral arrangements to decorate the venue without it being too loud or distracting.

Blush

With a rise in coloured wedding dresses, blush has become one of the most popular summer wedding colours. Having a blush wedding dress is still uncommon as it dictates your wedding theme. We love seeing blush paired with baby blue and white, especially with a combination of colours in the bridesmaid and groomsmen’s outfits.

Lilac

We love seeing lilac at summer weddings. It pairs well with pinks, blues, silvers and whites, and always stands out for us. It works well with both younger and older members of the wedding party, although it doesn’t always match every skin tone. We love seeing lilac in bouquets with matching flowers as a cake topper. It also works really well with a touch of sparkle!

Champagne

This classic colour is stunning during the lighter months. It works particularly well for outdoor weddings as the contrast between the grass and blue skies is most prominent. It gives a touch of elegance to everything, but can get lost in darker seasons. It looks beautiful when combined with a glitter table runner, and we love seeing it as part of a wedding bouquet too.
